Passenger Door Debacle
Both doors are on. Interior sides are painted, all rubber and felt parts have been replaced, hinge bushings and pins replaced, and each is on the truck. Both doors gave me a lot of grief but the passenger door was the worst. Then I found this marvelous write up:
and everything it said NOT to do hanging your doors, well, I had already done. So I worked on the passenger door after understanding my mistakes and got the passenger door to work properly.

Driver Door and the Pit of Hell
The door hardware access port is now known in F100 circles as the "Pit of Hell" It is the last place you want your arms in and yes, it has teeth. You are wise to put tape around this hole to save you many future scars.
